Sorry, I've been away for so long. In this time I've had my almost 1 year old computer's hard drive crash. Dell replaced it but it doesn't put everything back on the new one so it's been slow trying to get my act together.

Oh man, it's taken me all day to get over here to add my latest stationery. My internet kept going out. It seems to be fixed, well at least for the time being. I probably just jinxed myself typing that. lol!

I'm still on my high about my Saints winning. This is the first time they've ever got this far. Of course the t-shirts I ordered on NFL.com are back ordered. But I guess that's okay, as it just shows how many fans ordered them before me. ♥

Yikes! I finished this stationery on December 07 and forgot to post it. It's been so busy here. First my son's birthday on November 28, then my grandson Kyle turned 4 on December 6 and my daughter turned 26 on December 7. Can you believe Christmas is in 11 days? This year has just flown by.

Brrr, the cold weather has hit Dallas. It might not be cold to some of you up north but for Texas this is cold. lol! We started putting up our Christmas decorations this past weekend. We got the tree up only to have the second set of lights blow out. They are special lights that came with the artificial tree, so we have to call tomorrow to see about getting another string to replace the busted one. Needless to say the tree decorating has come to a standstill. The outside lights are 1/3 of the way up because it started raining before my husband could go any further. It seems like every thing was against us finishing the decorating. Hopefully the weather will cooperate next weekend so we can at least finish the outside.

I found this beautiful kit by Designs by Ali called Snowflake Kisses. I really love this time of year and love the colors and goodies that she used. And guess what!!? Can you tell I'm in a New Moon kind of mind. :) I'll be posting lots of goodies here for the premier of New Moon so check back often. I stumbled across this on Twilight.com and had to share here.

Take a look at this optical illusion. It worked for me. I hope it works for you.

All you need to do is stare at the image for about 30 seconds and then look at a white wall, piece of paper or computer screen. To experience the strongest view of Edward focus on the red cross in the centre and try not to move your eyes or head.

Prelude to New Moon IM stationery

Wahoooo!! 18 days and New Moon will be out!!! I can't wait. I saw my first commercial for New Moon on the USA channel 105 today. You can tell it's getting closer now that the advertisements are starting. I can hardly wait. My husband went out of town last week and bought me a New Moon t-shirt. I Love that man!!!!

So my friend Stina, who by the way has Twilight fever like the rest of us :) created this awesome new kit called Prelude to New Moon. As soon as I saw it I knew what image I had to use with it. I've had the image for a while and have permission from the artist Marijke Peeters. to use her work. It's the first stationery I've created using Jacob and Bella. After finishing it I had to take some time and go read New Moon again. I finished it at 1:00am and started Eclipse but had to put it down because I could hardly keep my eyes open. I'll probably get back to reading it tonight when the day settles down. Stina also created another kit called ClairDeLune and I'm going to create another stat next with that one so check back. Happy Weekend everyone!! It's so quiet around the house today. My daughter and grandsons went to visit family and will be away until tomorrow. The dogs and cats are even missing them. Please pray for a safe journey for them. I always worry myself sick whenever any of my family is on the road.

1. How long have you been using PSP, PS?
I have been using PSP for about 2 years and haven't really tried Photoshop yet. One day, but not yet.

2. How did you get into making tags, scrapkits?
I started in MySpace. I was always getting tags from my friends on my profile and joined a group to get them. Eventually I took the plunge and started to make my own tags by doing tutorials that I had seen posted, then started to offer them in groups. I really learned alot when I joined Stepping Stones Through PSP.

3. Who`s your fave artist? -
Hmmm... I have several. One is Suzanne Woolcott, seeing her tags is what really made me want to learn more about what the artwork was about. Then I have several artists that I've just recently discovered. David Desbois, Marijke Peeters, Cathy Hubbard, Ora Moon, Myka Jelina, and Psyco Jimi to name a few.

4.Who`s your favourite Scrap Designer?
I don't think I can pick any just one, as they all bring something different to scrap designing.

5. Which three blogs do you visit everyday?
Scrappin' Cop, Humbug Graphics, and whoever comes up from FeedBlitz -- I subscribe to a lot of blogs to keep up with my favorite designers :)

Happy Friday!!! I've just finished a new stationery called Shroom Faery using the amazing artwork of Ora Moon. I also used a beautiful kit by Cindy of Digiscrapations called Rose. Isn't that beautiful rose frame that the faery is sitting in gorgeous! Most of what is in the palette for this stationery was from the great ribbons and various elements in the kit. Whew, what a weekend! We got a lot done, it rained a lot so we spent most of our time at home. Of course the internet went out again for over 24 hours so I had time to create some new stats. lol!

Happy Friday everyone!! We've got a busy weekend planned here. Going to finish tiling our bedroom and start on the living room. I can't wait until it's finished. My poor husband is the one doing the brunt of the work. I'm just his helper. lol!

I just finished creating a new stationery using Soxie's new kit called Love Sex N Magic. I love the colors and elements in this kit. I found the perfect tube by NoFlutter, so I added some dark purple to the theme as well so it would match the tube. lol!

Oops, I forgot to post this new stationery called Twilight Fairytale. I actually finished it on July 15. It seems like there aren't enough hours in a day since it's summer and I'm watching the grandsons full time. Anyway, this stationery features art by Irene Shpak. Happy Thursday! Our four day weekend begins tomorrow in honor of the 4th of July. I just found out that they are going to have a free fireworks display in Dallas on Saturday. We're not too sure if we are going to go because usually free means massive crowds and I hate to be in those. lol! We did buy a lot of fireworks ourselves so it won't be a loss if we don't go.

I created my newest animated stationery using the beautiful artwork of Angela Newman. I just discovered her artwork some months back and love her images. You can get her artwork at AMI if you're interested. I also used this gorgeous scrap kit called Renesmee by Sox of Soxsational Scraps. I didn't create extras for this stationery yet, but if I do I'll post them later.

Happy Canada Day to all my Canadian friends. We in the U.S. are gearing up for a four day weekend to celebrate Independence Day on the 4th. We've had fireworks since last weekend and my grandsons keep asking if we can set them off. lol! I took the calendar out today and showed them today's date and then showed them Saturday. Tyler, the five year old understands. Kyle will probably keep asking about it though since he's three. lol!

I just finished this stationery using Sox of Soxsational Scraps new kit Nurse Nikki. From the moment I saw it, I knew what I had to make. This kit has so many awesome elements from the stethoscope, to the little band aid. I had so much fun putting it together. I used the awesome work again of the most talented David Desbois. I saw he had new art on his Deviantart account called Eclipse and got excited but it's of Hayden Panettiere aka Claire from Heroes. Don't get me wrong, it's amazing just like his other works, it's just not Twilight and that's what I thought when I read the title. lol! You fellow addicts understand, right? lol!

Star Light...Star Bright IncrediMail Stationery

Can you believe that today is the last day in June? This year is flying by quickly. Today I've got a new IncrediMail stationery that I created using an adorable scrap kit by Brenda and Glenda of JosDZigns called Gone Camping. I found the cutest artwork to go with it by Rion Vernon's PinUpToons. This is an animated stationery with the campfire flickering and smoke coming from the roasting marshmallows. You can't see it in the stationery preview but if you go down to the extras preview you can get an idea of what it looks like.

Well it's officially Sunday here in Texas so Happy Father's Day to all the awesome dads out there. I've had a busy week trying to get this Vista 64 bit computer working like it was before it started messing up. Notice I didn't say working right, cause I don't think Vista ever works right. lol!

I created my latest IncrediMail stationery using Tamara of Just a Girl's Designs beautiful kit "Fabulous Fifties" I had so much fun trying to decide which of the elements I was going to use in from this packed kit. I couldn't resist and animated this one too. It's hard to tell by the screenshot because of course it only takes a screenshot of what is currently on the screen but the little music notes dance around the frame, along with the jukebox lighting up and there are a couple of other animated things on there as well.

The beautiful wolves that are featured in this new stationery came from this wonderful kit and well, actually everything I used in this stationery is from her kit so I'm not using any outside art. Oh gosh, I just bought some Twilight kits from Studio Girls Scrapbook Graphics. I can't wait to create with them. They have AWESOME elements so come back next week to see what I've created.

Here are three that I finished recently. All are using the awesome artwork of David Desbois. The top two were made without a scrapkit but I used a FTU scrapkit by Ivys Inspirations on the bottom one.

I'm not going to lie, this html coding is kicking my butt. The slightest thing makes it not work. It took me forever to get the two Gorjuss stats posted. I hope these go smoother. lol!

Help I think I'm suffering from Obsessive Twilight Disorder.

*Sigh* you caught me. I love the Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer. I can’t believe I resisted watching the movie and reading the books for so long. If you haven’t read the books yet, I recommend you see the movie first, that way you won’t be disappointed. Don’t get me wrong I thoroughly enjoyed watching the movie. The actors were amazing, so much so, that I fell in love with the vampire. ROFL! It’s just that books go into so much more detail than any movie would ever be able to show. Yes, it’s a young adult series, but that just means you don’t have to endure the gratuitous sex scenes that have nothing to do with the plot like in adult movies. It was a true romance… fans face. Once I sat down to start reading the book Twilight it was hard to put down. It took me one day to read it and I found myself not being able to stop reading the series. I was reading one book a day. Talk about eye strain and butt ache. Lol!

Stephenie hasn’t finished Midnight Sun yet. It’s the fifth book in the series and it’s from Edward’s perspective. Unfortunately someone released a partial draft on the internet so Stephenie has decided to post it on her site for her fans to read if they wish. Its 264 pages!!! I haven’t read it yet. I have to make sure I’m at a place when no one wants to interrupt me because once I start I know I won’t be able to stop. I hope the book is published soon or I will be left hanging and that will drive me crazy. Lol! Stephenie Meyer is an awesome story teller. I’ve heard some say they don’t like the series, I find that it’s usually because it’s not a scary vampire movie and they feel let down. Personally I was sitting on the edge of my seat quite a few times as I read the books. Not so much because it was scary but because it was intense and you didn’t know which way things were going to go. I even cried a couple of times.

Well here is a result of my Twilight Obsession. It’s stationery for IncrediMail. I’m using the awesome artwork of Debora Aguelo and I did a search on stock.xchng for the background. I think I’ll have another goodie for you to use. And yes it will be Twilight related, so check back.

A family's Hope

A family’s hope…Hope is defined in the dictionary as a belief in a positive outcome related to events and circumstances in one's life. With your help, this family can finish getting the money they need to get back on their feet and start fresh. For the past several months, they have been living in an efficiency apartment trying to save enough to move in to a bigger place. Tough economic conditions have put a strain on the family budget on a weekly basis. Yet, through all of this, they have never lost faith that they would be able to turn things around. This new year has shown how love has held this family together through it all and they have been blessed to have found an affordable apartment that is big enough to accommodate them. A group of designers are joining forces to help our dear friend raise the extra money needed for this dream to become a reality. All proceeds from this collaboration kit will go directly to help this family continue to bounce back. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and purchasing our kits.

HaHa, well I've finally taken the plunge and set up a blog on blogspot. I've had one on Word Press for awhile but never used it. I figure between, Crystal, Sazz and TJ, I'll be able to figure this one out. So welcome to my new blog. Please excuse the mess as I try to get everything set up. I'd love to have you visit again. I'll have a surprise unveiling soon that you won't want to miss.
